The EMS breed code BGL is assigned for the registration of Bengal Longhair. This is a non-recognised breed and a sister breed to the Bengal (BEN). The same breeding and registration restrictions now applicable to the Bengal (→ Breeding & Registration Rules § 6.3) are also valid for the Bengal Longhair (BGL non).
